Earthquake Again

Dearest Friends
I was reading your nice messages at my computer and here it went again this time is eight o'clock pm and we were waiting to go to dinner ! I'm so scared and I can't imagine how the poor people in Abbruzzo are feeling at their second night out of their homes . Hopefully most of them will have a tent but in that area is still very cold at night and many rescuers are still digging mostly with their hands not to move too much debris.
Tomorrow we are going to send some stuff for children like baby food, milk and water but also toys and blankets.
Thank you again for caring.

Ciao Natalia, Watching reports, the photo's & videos is so very upsetting. My thoughts, prayers and heart are with everyone there. I have heard that they're Italian-American groups here in the States that are setting up donation centers which I must find so I can make a donation for this cause.

My friend keep well and safe (((((hugs))))

I'm so glad you're alright! I'm praying for everyone there, I've been a disaster relief worker and know the emotional and physical toll it takes on you even as a rescue worker rather than an original victim. I hope everyone is able to get the help and comfort they need.

This disaster is so tragic and only those who have lived an earthquake know how it feels. I still tremble even thinking of it after experiencing two major quakes ten years ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Abbruzzo, especially now that Easter is round the corner.

I am glad that you and your family are okay Natalia. I am so sad to hear about the news. I grew up in earthquake country before, so I know what they've been through at the moment.

Thanks for the links too.
All the best,
