TFF Tyler's Ultimate Fish Tacos

Each month on Tyler Florence Fridays Megan choses a special recipe and this month was this wonderful tacos.
I didn't use Mahi Mahi (I don't think I even knew it existed !) but plain cod's filets and I couldn't find the adobo sauce anywhere but , still, these tacos were really great ! The children loved them too so what could have been better ?
Tyler Florence is teaching me a lot on how to fry fish. I had never tried Panko but they are wonderful, much better than the usual 'crumbs' !!!!
Please check the blog tomorrow to see the round up !

Panko crumbs are the BEST! You'll never go back to regular old bread crumbs now. These fish tacos look totally excellent. I'm a huge fan of the fish taco, so I think I may have to go download this recipe and try them out! Glad they were such a hit!

Wow natalia,
This is a gourmet fish taco. I never made it before, sounds very scrumptious.

Nice job. I have been wanting to try these. I am not an experience fish fryer but from the review it seems I should go for it.

They look nice and crispy. And a nice contrast to the softness of the mango salsa.
