TWD Blueberry Crumb Cake

I know the picture is bad but I assure you the cake is so nice !! I used frozen raspberries who went a little too far down in the batter!
I thank Sihan of Befuddlement who chose Blueberry Crumb Cake on pages 192-193 of Dorie Greenspan's Baking: From my home to yours cookbook. You can view the recipe by checking out Sihan's blog.

Looks great.

Raspberries sound wonderful.

Did you use orange or lemon zest?

The cake looks delicious. I'm a fan of both blueberries and raspberries, so it would be hard to pick between them. Maybe both?

Ciao Natalia!

Che bella torta. Io ne ho fatta una giovedi' con i mirtilli ed era favolosa, anche quella un crumb cake. Mi piacerebbe partecipare a TWD ma il numero e' chiuso. Bohoo.

A presto!

Natalia, your cake looks delicious! The raspberries look amazing, I think I am going to have to make your version, my husband loves raspberries but not so much blueberries and didn't even want to try the blueberry cake.

Love the Strawberry Shortcake plate :) Reminds me of when I took a picture for TWD of the Tall and Creamy Cheesecake and it was on my daughter's Hello Kitty plate, ha!
