Double Apple Bundt Cake

This week Lynne of Honey Muffin chose Double Apple Bundt Cake
I usually follow the recipes as closely as I can but lately with the new job I have very little time and no time for making apple butter ( that isn't available in Italy) so I substituted with a cup of blended peaches, as I was changing the recipe I omitted the nuts and substituted dried strawberries for raisins... the result was a wonderfully moist ad flavourful cake that will appear often on our table ! Please visit Lynne for the recipe and the other bakers here

Since applebutter isn't available, you could have subed applesauce and upped the amount of cinnamon and nutmeg.

I heart your bundt pan.

That is a beautiful cake and I bet the peaches were great in it. It amazes me sometimes that apple butter isn't available in some places because it is such a staple here. Great job on your cake!

Che bella torta Natalia! I made the apple butter in a slow-cooker, which was yummy and really easy. Too bad we can't get together for a slice of your cake. :) Baci!
