I made it !! It's still not midnight and I'm actually eating this wonderful bread !!!
The Bread Baking Babe Gorel this month chose an amazing bread, with the strangest list of ingredients...and super yummy !!! I wish I had some nice cheese to taste it with but tomorrow I'll get some !

Congrats on making this bread by the deadline! I really wanted to bake this one, but ran out of rye flour and couldn't find any in the two stores I tried. Then I ran out of time before taking a little trip. But your bread looks great, and I'm really glad it tastes good. Sounds like cheese will be the perfect pairing!
