TFF Fish and Chips with Home made Tartare Sauce

This week we tried fish with Tyler and , as always, we weren't disappointed !!
The recipe was Fish and Chips with Homemade Tartare Sauce .
It is easy to make, the batter for the fried fish is really fantastic, I'll keep it for the future and I'll try it for vegetables too.
Please visit Tyler Florence Fridays for more wonderful recipes.

Ooo, I love fried veggies. Your fish and chips look fabulous. I admit to being quite stereoptyical and really enjoying this meal when I lived in London. I'm so glad that I can make this at home--Tyler's recipe looks like it turned out just great! Not too heavy, with a nice crunch batter. Fabulous!

Wow Natalia, this look really mouth watering. Never really made my own fish and chip you know, and the only fish and chip I've tried in my life was in England (I was more curious then anything else). I better try to make it oneday, I am very sure that my husband and my son going to like it.

Natalia, Cindy just left me a comment and want to join us to make Columba together. I told her "yes". She also send me the link on how to make it
http://www.cookaround.com/yabbse1/showthread.php?t=110276

I've check the link, and I like it because it has the step by step how to fit the columba into the mold. Recipe is in Italian which I don't really speak Italian.
Anyway, I think it's going to be a fun project.
Xoxo,
elra

One more thing, my mold hasn't arrive yet. When do you think we should post it? Maybe a week before Easter?

I loved this recipe too! It was so light and tasty. I think it's the perfect batter for many varieties of fish.
