TWD Fresh Ginger and Chocolate Gingerbread

I didn't expect to enjoy this gingerbread this much but it really was very tasty ! I didn't add the candied ginger but still, the ginger was there !

Your cake looks so moist and fresh, and I'm glad you liked it so much! And that bread above sounds fabulous - I can only imagine baking with starters, but I'm a long way away from that.

Your bread looks delicious and your gingerbread looks good too! I love fresh bread but I have never been much at making it. I use my bread machine for that when I want fresh bread, or I make beer bread a lot. Our plans for the trip to italy have been put on hold for a little bit. It may be June before we get over there.
