This time the BBB challenge was chosen by Gorel of Grain Doe who managed (finally)to have me cope with a sourdough ! Now (if it will survive ) I will try many different things I always wanted
to make !
Aside from making the starter the recipe was easy and fun I suggest you to try it but before go and check what all the BBB have done !

Lovely bread, and I love the way that you can carry it around! I hope it tasted as well as it looked. And I hope that your rye starter will serve you well in breads to come!
Wow! I love the arm carry.
Here's to a long life for your starter, may it have some great fun with new breads.
Thanks so much for baking with us.
Good job! It looks like you and sourdough have a long and happy future ahead of you!
Bravissima,mi piaccono molto! Un ottima idea portare il pranzo alla tavola così!!!
I've never heard of this bread. It looks good though. Loved the bread model. :P

I've never heard of this before, must look out for it next time I go to Ikea. Your bread looks great.
Amazing presentation! I love it! I was making some sourdough bread for a while, and then I let my starter "die" when I was out of the country for nearly 2 months...I should try again!
No, I'm not taking staphysagria - is it a homeopathic thing?
I too have never heard of this bread, I must say that it looks so good and especially crispy, which is a texture that I really enjoy. Sono bellissimi (hope that's correct)
Nicely done with your crisp bread!
Drop me an email and I'll be happy to send you some recipes for your new starter (Have you named it yet?!)
Thanks for baking with us this month.
