The May Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Linda of make life sweeter! and Courtney of Coco Cooks. They chose Apple Strudel from the recipe book Kaffeehaus: Exquisite Desserts from the Classic Cafés of Vienna, Budapest and Prague by Rick Rodgers.
Apple strudel is very dear for me because it was almost the only dessert my father, a painter and a great cook, would make or talk about. I really enjoied making it but this is a very busy month so I couldn't 'dare' too much and I went for the classic apple filling. Thanks Linda and Courtney for the great choice !
