TWD French Yogurt Cake with Marmalade Glaze
This week it was Liliana of My Cookbook Addiction who chose the recipe and I must tell you that is a very common recipe in Italy too ! Usually this recipe is the only one some people know because it's easy to remember if you use the yogurt 'cup' as a mesure ( 1 of yogurt 2 of sugar 3 of flour 1 of oil, 3 eggs, lemon zest and 1 envelope baking powder) the nice change Laurie made are the almond flour and the marmalade glaze .
Please visit Liliana for the recipe and all the others TWDers for more cake !

Your cake looks soooo good!! Check out my blog before Saturday: I have a giveaway
Your cake is so pretty with the fresh lemons!
I'm almost sure those are your own lemons... and I'm jealous!
I remember traveling to Ventimiglia, San Remo and Genoa in May... and admiring for the first time, lemon trees! Oh! WOW! I always had a very special thing for lemons, I always have them in my house, to me... their the most luxurious fruit of all.
I envy Italians... for they have lemon trees!
Beautiful, Natalia.
Oh how lovely you made the cake look with the lemons! I loved this cake and I could eat it every day! I can't wait to see the lemon trees in Italy!
Beautiful, beautiful pictures, Natalia. I love this as a round cake! I am going to make it that way next time.
Natalia, that cake looks professional - so fresh with all those lemon slices. I hope you liked it as much as we did. And thanks for the yogurt-cup measurments! I want to make it that way some time.

Beautiful cake that looks so very refreshing.
That's how we make it here in France, too! We use the yougurt cup to measure! I do make it with soy yougurt, but it's still nummy! Yours is just beautiful, Natalia!
Your cake looks gorgeous and perfect to welcome in spring!
