TWD Floating Islands

This week Shari of Whisk : a food blog chose this wonderful recipe .
'Why didn't you make this before ?' asked Andrea with dreaming eyes when he tried the first mouthful of the islands (or clouds as Cinzia called them). So if you never tried making them please do they are a breeze to make !!
Please visit the TWD blogroll to find put what all the other's did . You can find the recipe on page 401-402 of Dorie's book Baking From My Home to Yours. .

I'm so glad you liked them and it's interesting to know they're called "clouds". That's a perfect name. Thanks for baking along with me this week!
