TFF February Challenge Potato Gnocchi with Peas Prosciutto and Ricotta

This Tyler Florence monthly challenge chosen by Megan was great !!
Being Italian I made and eat gnocchi very often !! And I had never heard of Tyler Florence's method for it : cooking the potatoes in the oven and adding baking powder, egg white and grated parmigiano in the dough.
But I'm very curious about new methods and recipes and so I tried it and I must admit it was a great success !
It was such a nice meal and even Andrea who doesn't like gnocchi too much, because they are often too dense, enjoyed it !

Love gnocchi, especially homemade gnocchi. That board for making the gnocchi looks so cool. Sometimes I use fork to do it.

Natalia, these look so good! I made these myself several weeks ago, they're so light in texture.... we truly enjoyed them too!

O how lovely to see that little gnocchiboard there. I bought one in Italy a few years back.I'll use your recipe soon and hope that mine will look more like yours (mine were not that greatly shaped last time)

You have such a wonderful flair for making the gnocchi! I love the way it curls like orecchiette, I don't have the knack for that yet.
