(I'm sorry I don't know how to turn it !)This month thanks to Rosa of
Rosa's Yummy Yums we baked pizza ! I was very curious to try a new recipe and we all liked it, the only problem is that you should plan a day earlier to have pizza. Rosa asked us to toss pizza like a real pizzaiolo (here in Rome I've never seen one doing it !!!) The kids and I had lots of fun watching the videos (they really believed I was going to be that good!).
But they were disappointed.
For the toppings we were very traditional :
tomato sauce and mozzarella,
potatoes and mozzarella,
anchovies and onions,
eggplants paste and cheese
and not traditional at all: pinapple muscovado sugar and caramel sauce !
Please visit the
Daring Bakers blogroll for many wonderful creations !

Ciao Natalia,
All your pizza's look wonderful! I tried tossing my dough, lets just say I did not do as well a you... beautiful tossing too!
Natalia, After you read this you can remove this from your blog. I just noticed that you are from the Roma area. I have 2 cousins that live in the Campoleone area of Roma. It is difficult for me to communicate with them because my Italian is terrible and I do not write in the language either. I was born in the Benevento area & came to the USA when I was 2 years old. I visited my family there several years ago and wish to return some day soon.
I love you blog, it's been fun looking at your entries.
Ciao,
Lucy
Natalia, Thank you so very much... next time you visit my site if you leave your email address this way we can communicate... I will not publish your address, no one would see it, I promise ;-)

Brava! Beautiful pizzas! And I love your video!
Ciao Natalia! Next time I'm in Rome I will let you know for sure!!
Thanks for visiting!
