The Mark Bittman's Age at I Heart Cooking Clubs is ending so in his honour we are throwing a farewell party.
When I think of a party I think of dessert so I got this Pudding recipe from his How to Cook Everything site.
I had some end of the season's peaches around and I love them coupled with bluberries but I only had a blueberry jam on hand so I made the recipe as written substituting the peaches and added some 'dollops' of jam on top of the batter in the pan.
I loved the consistency of this pudding with a layer of custard on the bottom and peaches and blueberries paired very well.
Please visit the site to enjoy the party !!
