TWD : Soft Chocolate and Raspberry Tart in italiano a seguire

Rachelle of Mommy? I’m Hungry! chose Soft Chocolate and Raspberry Tart for us this week and I'm really happy of the results : even if it was a very easy tart to assemble it looked very fancy !
I baked a lot during the weekend and Andrea (who is very fit) started to worry even if he shouldn't infact if you want to catch me with the mouse in the mouth(??!!) you should wait at my door around 8.30 pm when I go downstairs delivering cakes, cookies, tarts and so on. Yesterday someone came out of the elevator and found me on the stairs with two dishes of raspberries tart....

Please visit Rachelle for the recipe and the wonderful TWD bakers for their creations !!

ITALIANO

Ricetta
Pasta frolla alle nocciole

140 gr farina
40 gr nocciole o mandorle finemente tritate
60 gr zucchero a velo
125 gr burro
1 tuorlo grande

Fare freddare
