Another week and another great 'supper saver' by our friend Tyler !!
As you have noticed all my Tyler's horrible photos are made in the kitchen at dinner time just before the dishes are assaulted by my beloved family ! Sorry !
I loved the recipe and it was faster than the one you find here because I used already divided ribs (here it is very uncommon to find a whole piece) .
Please check the blog !
capisco perfettamente il momennto nathalia... a casa mia succede esattamnete la stessa cosa... bocche fameliche che attendono di assalire il piatto mentre io cerco inutilmente di fare uno scatto!!!! ciao v
ReplyDeleteTyler definitely does meats really well. These look so savory and delicious!
ReplyDeleteI love ribs of any kind...
ReplyDeleteYUM! These look delicious, Natalia!
ReplyDeleteWow! Those look absolutely gorgeous! Those sound fantastic!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Miette.
The Italians are smart to divide the ribs, you get more surface crispiness that way!
ReplyDeleteYour ribs are gorgeously sticky and sweet looking, delish.
Wow- they look delicious! They looked like they turned out perfectly :D
ReplyDeleteYour ribs look delicious and in Greece we also get the ribs divided :) and just like you I always get a quick picture as the family is always hungry to eat :)
ReplyDeleteI want to lick the screen looking at these ribs--yum!
ReplyDeleteI relate to your trying to snap a photo before the dish is snatched away and eaten. These ribs look mouth-watering! BTW, your vol-au-vent came out beautifully, too.
ReplyDeleteBreaking up a rack of ribs would cook things faster and is a good thing to keep in mind when you want ribs quickly. They look fab.
