TWD Floating Islands



This week Shari of Whisk : a food blog chose this wonderful recipe .
'Why didn't you make this before ?' asked Andrea with dreaming eyes when he tried the first mouthful of the islands (or clouds as Cinzia called them). So if you never tried making them please do they are a breeze to make !!

    I am in Rome too and my mother used to make these for us in SAfrica where I grew up! I could smell the custard and remember the clouds melting in my mouth!nice blog!
